Bolti is not just software: an AI assistant does the daily bookkeeping, receivables and payroll work, and a real person — a licensed CPA partner, an account executive or a payroll specialist — reviews it, signs it and answers for it. The system is included in every managed price and is never billed on top. No per-document fees, no separate license, no lock-in.

Two areas are added at list price, with no discount; the 10% discount only exists when you take all three. Payroll includes 3, 10, 25 and 50 employees by tier, and each additional employee is $15 per month. Tax filing is billed separately, from $1,200 per year per entity. Very high volumes are quoted individually.

Response commitment: operational questions answered instantly by the AI, anything needing the accountant within 1 business day, real emergencies within 4 business hours. We do not promise real-time 24/7 support.
Your data
Exportable at any time and yours if you leave. A public REST API at /api/public/v1 connects your store, ERP or scripts — documented, and not billed separately.
Colombia
Bolti operates in both countries. Colombia is a different market with a different cost structure: the two price lists are not a conversion of each other in either direction. There, managed bookkeeping starts at $349.900 COP/mo and the software on its own at $45.900 COP/mo, with DIAN electronic invoicing included. The full table, in Spanish, is at bolti.co/precios.

Are the US prices a conversion of the Colombian prices?
No. They are two different markets with different cost structures, and the two price lists should never be converted into each other in either direction.
Who signs my returns?
A licensed CPA partner reviews and signs the federal and state returns. The AI assistant does the daily bookkeeping work, and a real person is accountable for it.
Is the software included, or billed on top?
Included. A managed price already covers the full system - bookkeeping, invoicing, inventory, POS, CRM, payroll and online store. Nothing is added on top of it.
Can I buy only the software and run it myself?
Yes. The system is sold on its own from $45,900 COP per month in Colombia. In the United States the software-only plan is quoted together with your bookkeeping setup, because the chart of accounts and the filing calendar differ.
What if I stop delegating?
Nothing is locked in. The data is yours and leaves with you - financial statements, ledgers, invoicing and payroll are all exportable. You can also step down to running the system yourself instead of leaving.
Does Bolti have an API?
Yes, and the documentation is public with no account required: a REST API at https://bolti.co/api/public/v1 covering customers, products, inventory, orders, invoices with their status and payments, credit notes, receivables and journal entries. It is not billed separately and there is no "API plan".
